Chiron Taurus

Chiron the “Wounded Healer” enters Taurus on June 19, 2026 and will Rx back into Aries on Sept 17th until April 14, 2027 when this significant minor planet, located in our Solar System btw Saturn and Uranus, will enter the constellation of Taurus again and remain there until 2034. Chiron cycles thru the 12 Zodiac signs every 50–52 years and everyone experiences their Chiron Return around age 50. Chiron is a Centaur and was Saturn’s wisest son and most just of the Centaurs. He was hit with a poisoned arrow that did not kill him because he was immortal, so he learned how to live with the pain and suffering of his incurable wound and became very skilled at plant medicine and prophecy. He was also a wise healer helping others learn and understand how to cure their own wounds. When Chiron was in Aries (Aries – fire and cardinal energy), he was trying to heal the wounds of self-identity and self-assertion. Chiron Taurus (Taurus – earth and fixed energy) invites us to understand and heal ourselves from the pain and suffering of tangible things, such as not valuing our physical body, or feeling the sting of never having enough money, or not enough material security resulting in poverty syndrome, or feeling unworthy and not being valued enough. Taurus is “I have”. It also represents self-sufficiency and self-reliance and using our own resources effectively and with persistence to survive off them. This transit is also trying to heal a collective wound in the generation born with Chiron Taurus. On a global-scale, some may feel there’s not enough food to go around, while others may feel deeper economic/money strains, but this may be more about internal fears being triggered and not necessarily a lack thereof. Healing thru soothing the 5-senses, or forming healthy food habits rather than depriving oneself of nourishment, or cutting back on alcohol, drugs, etc. and finding more self-acceptance and grounding that are just a few ways to benefit from Chiron Taurus.
