Big month ahead!…. Eclipse Season is about to start and this season there are 2 eclipses in the same month with energies in the elements of Water known as a spiritual conductor (Pisces) on Sept 7th and Earth reflecting the spiritual cycles of life and death (Virgo) on Sept 21st. Eclipses bring big powerful changes that can ripple into the future months, even years, ahead. Events that take place a week prior have significant impact and importance globally. We can see this playing out right now on the world stage of growing powers pushing to lead. Negative energies such as chaos and catastrophes can occur, but also positive revolutionary change too. The first eclipse will be a total lunar eclipse in Pisces on Sept 7th and this is also a Pisces Full Moon aka “Blood Moon”. Full Moons are an illumination. They expose and shed light on the things that need to be brought into awareness in order to be balanced and released. Events that occur in the week of the eclipse usually don’t work out as planned, and events happening on the day of the eclipse are the most fated. It’s good spiritual practice during this time to take a moment to reflect and meditate what your personal best intentions are. The glow of Full Moons throughout the night’s darkness also provide just enough light for animals to hunt, or to turn any creature looney/luney where sleep turns restless due to that expanding luminosity…. But being a Pisces Full Moon, we’re dealing with culminating energies and themes of standing on some precipice, a unification of some sort, the world at large, transcendence, ultimate purpose and meaning, service, sacrifice, dreams, visions, imagination, idealism, compassion, faith and intuition, etc. are just a few. The shadow side of this Full Moon Eclipse can also bring about delusions, disillusionment, fantasies and grandeur, lack of boundaries, God and saviour complexes trying to save the world/humanity, health crisis’s, workplace issues, misrepresentations/miscommunications, escapism, drugs, lies and deceit, persecution of others, and feeling lost in some fog of chaos in the “ocean of emotion….” etc. This Full Moon will join its North Node Pisces (NN = the way forward/future) with a balsamic verve as well, also showing something big is coming to a conclusion and there’s a need for clarity here. Pisces Full Moon is also striving for balance with opposing Sun and Mercury Virgo forces between what’s real and what isn’t, and where the truth lies, or lies themselves, again employment/workforce problems, health issues, not feeling good enough stuff, etc. Communication is key. Also the need to discern and discriminate what belongs and what does not belong to establish order, harmony and justice, etc. so the stuff that doesn’t belong can be separated, purged and eliminated. The Moon’s ruler, Neptune Rx is in Aries showing an ending and beginning and push for a restart of something global; perhaps to pioneer new belief systems, initiate faith, unification of all humanity, and some kind of new world order, but can also indicate world war, anger, rage and violence, perhaps due to wrong messages/miscommunications…. With Uranus Rx Gemini’s ruler Mercury Virgo conjunct Sun and South Node (SN = the past/moving away from), there is tension to be critical of past communications and rebelling against them perhaps to break free from persecution and imprisonment. Don’t be surprised if more rebellious voices shout out critical calls for further freedom of rights. And finally, Saturn Rx Pisces at 29° expresses an urgency to hang onto and cling to a past structured reality of societal conditioning no longer working, and while conjunct Neptune Rx Aries with its ruler Mars Libra squaring Jupiter Cancer indicates we’re on the rim of something big that’s ending and beginning involving relationship battles and imbalances of alliances globally, and the search for higher meaning for the rest of us while many continue to face immigration issues and also protests. Have faith. Steady your ship as you curb rocky waves. Trust your intuition and surrender to your own higher meaning, and practice the self’s –- care, forgiveness, love and compassion in these tumultuous times that seem to keep escalating.
