Full Moon Capricorn climbs to the top of its mountain at approx. 9:07:29 pm this evening where it will be beautifully illuminated by Sun Cancer. This is a remarkable Full Moon with the arrival of Summer Solstice. Being that the sign Cancer (Sun) is known as the “Gate of Men” or “Humankind” symbolizing the Divine Mother/birth/maternal energies/home/ancestry/roots, etc. and the descent into life where “Spirit enters Matter” representing creation, gestation, and formation of all life in the Universe; and Capricorn (Moon) is known as the “Gate of the Gods” representing Heaven or the Astral World and structured consciousness and is a death (transformative) archetype, I see this Full Moon Capricorn as a calling to birth within ourselves further emotional security when with others and to feel the tenderness of the Divine Mother. There is opportunity here the next few days for transcendence in relationships as well through the Moon’s dispositor Saturn Pisces and to release our dualities with others and past judgments, repression-suppressions, guilts, tendencies to conform, etc., in particular those within family or home life, to a higher purpose through the nurturing we can give to ourselves, or by feeling nurtured by others. This is also a time to build stronger inner emotional boundaries that can help us feel safe and protect us from feeling vulnerable in relationships. Emotions may run high and it’s important not to swing to extremes.
