Full Moon Taurus – Supermoon – aka Beaver Moon

Full Moon Taurus slowly saunters into the beautiful moonlight strutting her stuff with nurturing themes of self-reliance and self-sufficiency, self-worth and self-values. Money is key here, and so is survival against every odd-odd… Especially when it comes wallets and paycheques stretched so far as getting stuck…. Because this is also a Super Full Moon (aka much talked about ‘Beaver Moon’), the energy is incredibly more potent amplifying a need to fulfill inner emotional security when it comes to financial struggles and to try to harmonize, balance and legitimize pocketbooks. Full Moons are also about relationships providing an illumination on what’s needed to be released and let go of that does not serve oneself and others. Sun in Scorpio may bring confrontations and resistance from others in close relationships but this is in order to face one’s own limits and push that Frog out of the Well (it’s a syndrome, yes…) to get us moving forward in the right direction. So this Full Moon has the potential to provide profound inner healing and transformation of the inner emotional body through stability and solidarity and closely bonded relationships while feeling financially jammed. Taurus is also an Earth sign and emotions can find plenty of strength and persistence in this sign to forge ahead through rocky waters, without tipping one’s ship over. A Taurus Moon is actually one of the best signs to have the Moon in and can steadily navigate violent waters of emotional turmoil. It gives that ‘Hang In There’ approach and that ‘You can do it!’ stuff and perseverance, etc. Taurus is also about “I Have” and “My Resources” — there are opportunities here in whatever you have and possess to grow from, including what was previously seeded during the New Moon phase, regardless of where you are financially. Everyone is feeling that pinch and that stuckness and the bull with foot firmly planted inside the Earth with other foot kicking dirt up ready to charge and endure tricky waters ahead. Money is a tool though, it’s something to navigate and use strategically and also factually, the world money is all still there! regardless! And it only changes hands! But there’s a need for caution too with Taurus involving the 5 senses and this Full Moon may tempt you into enjoying the sensual pleasures of life too much — anything from exotic food to sipping sweet wine to sexual pleasures stimulated by Venus at play currently in Libra involving relationships at 28° which is an anorectic degree – meaning the utmost urgency to relate to others and get it right or sensual sexual in some way or another and where you may pull that wallet out of your pocket for something to indulge in taking burdenous pain away (Venus Libra opposing Chiron Aries). Relating simply costs money and nothing’s ever really free. Venus inconjuncts Saturn Rx Pisces where relationships need to make an adjustment when it comes to money and what’s been conditioned by society and now needs to be released. With Venus Libra squaring Jupiter Cancer, beliefs, truths and the homeland are pushing the boundaries of justice, equilibrium and what’s fair and equal between two sides. Squares are about friction and it can be a bit of a tug of war to balance and harmonize. But perhaps this Taurus Full Moon is not so much about external worth and cash-dollars-credit-property-assets-value being shared with others, and more about finding one’s own inner true worth and inner value in relationships and family life while sustaining one’s own stability that harmonizes and grows within those relationships through the most financially tumultuous times ahead. It’s important to invest in your own resources, to invest in what you value and your own self-worth before investing in external investments that may not fulfill your personal needs and fulfill others’ wallets. Times ahead involve choppy waters. But Taurus Full Moon provides strength, solidarity and perseverance within ourselves to forge it all forward. Peace and love during these difficult times and be sure to realize the moment to jump out of the well and not get drowned by unforeseen waters!
