Full Moon Virgo

On March 7, at approximately 7:40am, the Full Moon (also known as the “Worm Moon”) will be fully illuminated by Pisces Sun. This Full Moon is about surrendering and letting go of all the things that don’t really matter and all of that small stuff that can get you into trouble with too much worry. Virgo is about making things better and when opposed Pisces Sun, there’s opportunity to bring visions and dreams into perspective and reality by bringing them to a fine point of exquisiteness and efficiency, executing discernment, and being practical about them. The idea is to not get swept away and lost in the “not good enough stuff” or to be too hard on oneself. Instead, to feel self-compassion and have faith with the coming Spring just around the corner. The name Worm Moon comes from Indigenous people’s and tribes and is about early signs of the ground breaking open for birds to pluck out juicy worms from the warming earth to feed on, and to sing their celebratory songs of spring as the Sun’s light continues to strengthen. Peace and Love to everyone.
