Heads up! — Mercury Rx Leo Rising — July 17 to Aug 11 – Mercury retrogrades at least 3x a year and when it does, anything from communication, information, media/news, travel, electronics, commerce and trade, etc. can go awry and make you pull your medusa mane out. Being in Leo, this is a fiery and passionate retrograde where the ego could end up feeling a little inverted. Power plays can play out to the detriment of the those who attempt to stand out and shine alone, and exes may also leap into the scene and on stage, only to remind us they are exes. Things to keep in mind this Rx are considering putting off cosmetic procedures meant to enhance appearances until Mercury goes Direct. Also beware of narcissistic behaviour, and objectification is a true key remedy here. If presenting something, research and study and aim for creative imagery and design that can bring others onstage with you especially when in groups. You want to shine with others and share everyone’s ideas no matter how lame or brilliant they may be and not be the only one in the spotlight. Leo is brilliant at leading the pack and great leadership comes from a combined group effort than just one person alone — it’s that “We All Shine” stuff. It’s also a good time to repair and fix things, especially the things that may have gone wrong during previous Mercury Rx’s and to re-do, re-view, re-think, re-assess, re-fill, re–anything etc. Good luck during this Mercury Rx, try to laugh a little and feel grateful for what you have, and fill your cup with the Sun’s warmth (or use my cup below!…) even if that’s all you’ve got.
