The New Moon Aries will rise with Sun Aries at approx. 6:58am on March 29th – this is an intense New Moon giving extra firepower the next few days within one’s “Self” and ultimately an Arienferno. Also included in this blazing bundle are Mercury Aries Rx (easily reflected in the many Teslas set on fire of late as Mercury is also the god of travel…), and Venus Rx joined with Neptune, Saturn and NN all in Pisces giving this New Moon a bit of an emotional roller coaster thrill ride regarding communication and relationships consisting of endings and beginnings. Impulse is the pulse, and peace and diplomacy in negotiations may be challenged. There could also be even more miscommunications and vagaries, minds lost, and possibly more lies and distortions ahead. It’s important to consider and to not forget others the next few days to not get burned! Sizzling Aries is also known for rage, violence, war, murder, in addition to beginning and initiating something. And with this “Partial” Solar Eclipse, we may see the fallout of impulsive energy initiating unpleasant changes that can ricochet long into the distant future. But Rxs are also about going back and redoing things in order to burn them off, thus re-negotiating, re-reviewing, reconsidering, etc. in order to accelerate evolution or take charge on some kind of path forward. Aries’ ruler Mars is in Cancer right now — Cancer a watery energy that rules the Moon (in Aries right now) and connected to what’s at stake at home/in the homeland (home life may be more frictional), our roots, our inner emotional foundation, our emotional body and inner security, as well as our ancestors, mother-pregnancy/womb, and the nurturer. These fiery connections right now are uncanny. But transiting Mars doesn’t favor being in Cancer and during this New Moon phase, Mars has the potential to help put some emotionally triggered fires out turning outbursts into passive-aggressiveness which may actually be a blessing in order to keep some kind of peace and stability the next few days. There is also a lack of structure present resulting in a lot of insecurity and tensions running high and definitely not helping of late. So it’s important to slow this Arian energy down, not race ahead even though feeling IS faster than thought. We cannot change the world as it stands but we can change ourselves within ie. “Self” and participate in the microcosm within the macrocosm that can still vibrate positive change in the world.
